Turnkey supply of BSR (buzz, squeak, rattle) noise test chambers
Particularly in modern, quiet high-quality vehicles the existence of noises such as squeak and rattle noises is perceived as extremely annoying. These noise phenomena are difficult to detect and measure as they are instationary, time-varying sound events of short duration and relatively low volume.
The reproduction, detection, recording and analysis of such BSR noises therefore sets a high standard for acoustic test facility in terms of background noise levels and for test systems in terms of inheren noise levels. Furthermore, the climatic conditions inside the chamber must be strictly controlled because temperature and humidity levels change the geometry, rigidity, surface quality and friction properties of materials and components and thus significantly affect their acoustic performance or may create contact noises between adjacent parts.
